Writing Task: How to Avoid Burn-out
In colleges or offices, most of the young adults suffer from burn-out syndrome. Busy and rigid schedules make their lives more stressful than the past. They may feel worthless, unsuccesful and helpless. They may become less interested in their jobs, families and friends. This makes the situation even worse so they may experience depression or anxiety in the end. If one goes through these symptoms, he or she should renovate his or her life style. He should give himself more time to do physical exercises, read books and keep in touch with friends besides his colleagues. Write a problem and solution essay in which you specify the causes and symptoms of burn-out syndrome and offer ways to overcome burn-out syndrome either in workplaces or in colleges.
